All Four Together Again
After every adventure the four friends came back to their lake.
The deer was safe, the turtle was home, the mouse and the crow told the story again.
"We were each in danger once," said the turtle, "and each time the others came."
"That is what makes us strong," said the crow. "Not our wings or our legs."
And so they stayed together, four very different friends, for all their happy years.
The friends who stand by you are your greatest treasure.
