Privacy Policy

Last updated July 2026

The Super Kids AI ("we", "us") is a learning platform for children aged 3–10, used by parents and teachers. Protecting children's privacy is central to how we build the product. This policy explains what we collect and why.

1. Who holds the account

Accounts are created and controlled by a grown-up (a parent or teacher). Children use "Kid Mode", which is protected behind a parent PIN and does not require the child to enter personal details.

2. What we collect

  • Account data: the grown-up's name and email, and a hashed password.
  • Child profiles: a display name/avatar, age band and learning progress you choose to add. We ask for the minimum needed to personalise learning.
  • Payment data: when you subscribe, payment is processed by our partners (Razorpay / Stripe). We never see or store your full card details — we keep only a payment reference, amount, and receipt number.
  • Usage data: basic logs needed to run and secure the service.

3. How we use it

To provide the service, personalise activities, process payments, provide support, keep accounts secure, and meet legal obligations. We do not show advertising to children and we do not sell personal data.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us operate — for example payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe) and email delivery — under appropriate safeguards, and where required by law.

5. Security & retention

Passwords are hashed and payment secrets are stored encrypted. We keep data only as long as your account is active or as needed for legal/accounting purposes, then delete or anonymise it.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your account data, and delete child profiles, from your settings — or by emailing us. To close your account and remove your data, contact support@thesuperkidsai.com.
