The Clever Rabbit and the Lion
A proud lion frightened every animal in the forest. So they made a deal: one animal would go to him each day.
At last it was a little rabbit's turn. He walked slowly and reached the lion very late.
"Why are you late?" roared the lion. "Another lion stopped me," said the rabbit. "He says he is the real king."
"Show me!" the lion roared. The rabbit led him to a deep well and pointed inside.
The lion looked down and saw his own face in the water. He roared, and the roar came back at him.
He leapt at the other lion, and the forest was peaceful again.
A small friend with a big brain can solve a very big problem.
