Guha the Kind Boatman
At the edge of a wide river lived a boatman named Guha. He was not a prince or a rich man, just a simple, kind ferryman.
When Rama arrived, Guha welcomed him warmly. "Please rest here, friend," he said.
Rama hugged Guha like a brother. He did not care that Guha was not rich or royal. He saw only Guha's good and kind heart.
"You are my friend," Rama said warmly. Guha's eyes filled with happy tears.
Real friendship, Rama showed, does not care who is rich or poor.
True friendship looks at the heart, not at how rich or important someone is.
