The Best Student
Every morning, Rama and his brothers went to learn from their wise teacher, Guru Vashishtha.
Rama always sat up straight. He listened with both ears. He never spoke rudely.
When the teacher entered, Rama stood up and bowed. "Good morning, Guruji," he said with a warm smile.
He asked polite questions. He said "please" and "thank you." He remembered every lesson.
The teacher smiled and thought, "This boy respects learning, and that is why he learns so well."
When we respect our teachers, we learn the most.
