A Sage Needs Help
One day, a wise old sage named Vishwamitra came to the palace.
"I need help," he said kindly. "Some troublemakers are disturbing our peaceful prayers in the forest. Will young Rama come and help us?"
King Dasharatha felt worried, for Rama was still young. But Rama stepped forward bravely.
"I will help, Father," Rama said. "When someone needs us, we should not turn away."
Lakshmana came too. Together, the brothers followed the sage to protect the good people of the forest.
Helping others was now their important job.
When someone truly needs help, be the one who says "I will."
