Every single day, she swept the path clean. She picked fresh fruit. She said, "Maybe today Rama will come."

Years passed, but Shabari never lost patience or hope. Her love kept her waiting with a happy heart.

Then one bright day, Rama finally walked down her path!

Shabari's long, patient wait had come true at last. Her eyes filled with happy tears.
