For fourteen long years, Bharata had waited faithfully for Rama to come home.

Every day he cared for the kingdom, always keeping Rama's sandals on the throne. He never forgot his brother.

When he heard Rama was coming, Bharata's heart leaped with joy!

He ran to welcome Rama, tears of happiness in his eyes. His long, faithful wait was over.

Bharata had stayed true and faithful all those years, and now his loving loyalty was rewarded.
