Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of The Super Kids AI ("the service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.

1. Accounts

Accounts must be created by an adult (parent or teacher) aged 18+. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password and parent PIN confidential. Children use the service only through Kid Mode under adult supervision.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to break security, access other users' data, resell access, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

3. Plans, payment & renewal

Paid plans unlock features shown on the pricing page. You are charged the amount shown at checkout, in your region's currency, through our payment partners (Razorpay for India, Stripe elsewhere). Recurring plans renew automatically only where stated at checkout; otherwise a plan is valid for the stated period and you renew manually. Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Content & IP

All learning content, designs and software are owned by us or our licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial family or classroom use. Work your child creates in the app belongs to you.

5. Availability & changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update features, content and these terms; material changes will be posted here.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
