Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions to The Super Kids AI ("we", "us") can be cancelled and when a refund may apply. By subscribing you agree to the terms below.

1. Subscriptions & billing

Plans are billed in advance for the plan period shown at checkout (for example monthly). Prices are shown in your region's currency (USD or INR) and the amount charged is exactly the amount displayed on the checkout page before you pay.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account (Plan & Billing) or by emailing support@thesuperkidsai.com. On cancellation your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, after which it will not renew and the account moves to read-only. Cancelling does not, by itself, trigger a refund of the current period (see below).

3. Refund eligibility

• 7-day goodwill window: if you are unhappy with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund the most recent payment, provided the plan has not been substantially used.
• Duplicate / accidental charges are refunded in full.
• Failed activation: if you were charged but your plan did not activate, we will either activate it or refund you in full — just contact support with your payment/receipt number.

4. What is not refundable

• Payments older than the 7-day window, once the plan period has been used.
• Renewal charges after the plan has been actively used in that period.
• Free plans (no payment is taken).

5. How to request a refund

Email support@thesuperkidsai.com with your account email and the receipt number from your payment email. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

6. Refund processing time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment partners (Razorpay for India / INR, Stripe for other regions / USD). Once we process a refund it typically reaches your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
